Absolutely. TAS is built with NRI investors in mind. Whether you're based in the UAE, US, UK, or Singapore, you can apply, review deals, and commit capital entirely remotely. Our audit process is specifically designed to give you the due diligence clarity that's hard to get from overseas.
What types of properties are listed?+
We list premium residential and commercial real estate in Dubai and the UAE, and select high-grade opportunities in India and other global markets. Every property is independently audited before listing — minimum investment thresholds and full financial details are visible to approved members.
How does the TAS audit work?+
Every developer and project goes through our internal 4-pillar TAS Review: Legal Standing (RERA/DLD verification, approval checks, publicly available title records), Financial Health (developer funding structure, balance sheet where available, return scenario analysis), Developer Track Record (past delivery, quality, reputation), and Market Assessment (demand drivers, location fundamentals, comparable data). Our internal research team runs this process. Only projects clearing all four pillars are listed. Members receive our full research report.
Who can join The Asset Syndicate?+
TAS is open to HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, and family offices serious about real estate investment. There is an application process — not to be exclusive for exclusivity's sake, but to ensure every member gets focused attention and access to deals that match their profile.
Is there a fee to apply?+
No — joining The Asset Syndicate is currently free for investors. We review every application to ensure members are genuine buyers, but there is no fee to apply or register.
Does TAS manage the investment?+
TAS handles sourcing, research, and direct access to developers. Once you express interest in a project, we connect you with the developer to take things forward. We are the bridge — not the asset manager. Our role ends when the right connection is made, and begins again when you need guidance on the next opportunity.
