Membership is by application only. TAS reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Members must be adults (18+) and legally eligible to invest in their jurisdiction.
A non-refundable application fee is required to complete the registration process. This fee ensures the seriousness of capital entering the network and covers the cost of member verification.

All opportunity details, member information, and deal documentation shared on the platform are strictly confidential. Members agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any platform content outside of the TAS network.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
